Hubb Serve LLC ("Hubb Serve," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use Hubb Serve websites, communities, Hobbyist Profiles, related pages, and other services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three primary ways: information you or an authorized person provide to us, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information obtained from public or third-party sources when needed to provide Hubb Serve features.
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide information such as your name, email address, mailing address, account or profile information, hobby interests, communications, content submissions, event or marketing preferences, and other information you choose to provide. If a transaction is offered directly through Hubb Serve, payment information will be processed by a third-party payment provider; Hubb Serve does not collect or retain payment-card information.
Hobbyist Profile Information
Hubb Serve may collect Hobbyist information from publicly accessible sources, including public websites, social media pages, forums, directories, stores, and other publicly available platforms, as well as through a Hobbyist Member Profile Request or other information voluntarily submitted by or on behalf of a Hobbyist. Profile information may include the Hobbyist’s name or public username, hobby-related biography, interests, photographs or media submitted or authorized for use, and links to public social media pages, websites, stores, or other online content. Hubb Serve limits publicly displayed Hobbyist Profile information to information reasonably necessary to highlight the Hobbyist and the hobby.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically by Hubb Serve or its service providers. This may include IP address, browser type, operating system, device or cookie identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, interactions with content or advertisements, and similar usage information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Services and, where enabled, to support analytics and advertising activities.
Social Logins
If you choose to register for or log in to the Services using a third-party social media account, Hubb Serve may receive information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, username, or other profile information authorized through your settings with that provider. We use that information only as described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed when you connect the account. The third-party provider’s own use of your information is governed by its privacy policy and settings.
2. How We Use Information
Hubb Serve may use information we collect to:
Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services and Hubb Serve communities.
Create, manage, display, and administer Hobbyist Profiles and related hobby pages.
Process registrations, requests, transactions, customer support inquiries, and other communications.
Send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing or promotional communications.
Measure traffic, engagement, advertising performance, and use of the Services.
Protect users, children, Hubb Serve, and third parties; prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations of Hubb Serve policies.
Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and establish or protect legal rights.
3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Hubb Serve and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand traffic and usage, measure communications and advertising, and improve user experience. Most browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause some features to function improperly.
Hubb Serve may use analytics or advertising services, including Google services, to understand use of the Services and, where enabled, support advertising, remarketing, demographic or interest reporting, and campaign measurement. These providers may use their own cookies or identifiers according to their privacy policies and available user controls.
Hubb Serve does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law and the configuration of analytics or advertising technologies, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some privacy laws. Where required, Hubb Serve will provide applicable notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out rights.
4. How We Disclose Information
Hubb Serve may disclose information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
Service providers and contractors that host, operate, secure, analyze, support, or otherwise assist with the Services.
Analytics, advertising, marketing, communications, and technology providers, subject to applicable law and the configuration of those services.
Business partners or providers when you request or use a co-branded, integrated, or partner-supported feature or service.
Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, child-protection organizations, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or security.
A buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Information submitted through a general support or email inquiry is used to respond to the inquiry and for related business purposes. We do not disclose such information beyond what is reasonably necessary to respond, operate our business, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
5. Affiliate Links, External Websites, and Third-Party Transactions
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, stores, products, or services, including affiliate links. Hubb Serve does not control the privacy, security, content, or account-management practices of those third parties. When you leave Hubb Serve or interact with a third-party service, the third party’s privacy policy and terms apply.
Payments, purchases, or other transactions made through third-party or affiliate links are processed directly by the applicable merchant, retailer, affiliate, payment provider, or service provider. Hubb Serve does not control how those third parties collect, use, store, or protect payment or personal information submitted to them. We encourage you to review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing personal or payment information.
6. Public Disclosures and Community Content
Hubb Serve may provide community boards, discussion areas, comments, groups, messaging features, profile pages, and other interactive spaces. Information you choose to post or share through these features may be visible to other members and, depending on the feature or page, may be visible to the general public. This may include your name or username, community interests, posts, comments, messages, and other content you voluntarily provide.
Treat information shared through Hubb Serve community and public-facing features as potentially public. Information disclosed publicly may be viewed, copied, saved, shared, indexed, cached, distributed, or otherwise used by other users, search engines, social media platforms, or third parties. Hubb Serve does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy practices or actions of third parties who obtain information that has been publicly disclosed.
Users are prohibited from posting or sharing additional personally identifiable, sensitive, confidential, or private information about themselves or others beyond information expressly permitted by Hubb Serve. This includes, where applicable, home addresses, personal telephone numbers, personal email addresses, precise location information, government identification numbers, financial information, account credentials, or other information that could create an unnecessary privacy or security risk. Hubb Serve may remove content or restrict access when this requirement is violated.
Deleting or closing an account does not guarantee removal of information previously shared with other members or the public. Copies may remain in discussions, screenshots, search results, caches, archives, backups, third-party systems, or records maintained by other users. Hubb Serve does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for opinions, statements, recommendations, or other user-generated content. Users remain responsible for their submissions and compliance with Hubb Serve’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and other published policies.
7. Hobbyist Profiles and Deletion
Hobbyists may request modification or deletion of their Hubb Serve Hobbyist Profile at any time. When a Hobbyist Profile is deleted, Hubb Serve will remove the applicable Hobbyist Bio Page and associated hobby pages hosted and controlled by Hubb Serve, subject to reasonable legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.
Deleting a Hubb Serve Hobbyist Profile does not delete, close, modify, or otherwise affect websites, social media accounts, stores, marketplaces, or other third-party services owned or managed by the Hobbyist. Those third-party sites, stores, accounts, and content remain under the Hobbyist’s control. Hubb Serve also cannot guarantee removal of information previously copied, shared, indexed, cached, archived, or retained by third parties outside Hubb Serve’s control.
8. Children Under 13 - Parent-Managed Hobby Profiles
Hubb Serve does not permit children under the age of 13 to independently create, register for, or manage Hubb Serve accounts or Hobbyist Profiles. Profiles created to highlight the hobby, interests, activities, or accomplishments of a child under 13 must be created, submitted, authorized, and managed by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Information displayed through a parent-managed child Hobbyist Profile is limited to information provided or authorized by the parent or legal guardian, such as the child’s name, hobby-related information, and links to parent-approved social media pages, websites, or other online content maintained through third-party providers. No additional personally identifiable information about a child under 13 may be posted or shared in Hubb Serve community forums, discussion boards, comments, messages, groups, or other interactive areas. Prohibited information includes, but is not limited to, home addresses, personal telephone numbers, personal email addresses, school information, precise location information, government identification numbers, financial information, account credentials, or other information that could unnecessarily identify, contact, or locate the child.
Hubb Serve reserves the right to review, verify, validate, or investigate profiles, submitted information, external links, social media links, websites, content, and other materials associated with a child-related profile or community activity when reasonably necessary to protect children or enforce Hubb Serve policies. Hubb Serve may refuse, disable, remove, or restrict any profile, link, content, or account that violates these requirements, appears unsafe or inappropriate, contains prohibited information, or presents a potential risk to a child. When appropriate or required by law, Hubb Serve may preserve relevant information and report suspected unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful activity to an applicable service provider, platform, law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or child-protection organization.
A parent or legal guardian may request modification or deletion of a child’s Hubb Serve Hobbyist Profile at any time. Removal of a Hubb Serve profile will remove applicable pages hosted and controlled by Hubb Serve, subject to reasonable legal and technical retention needs, but will not delete or modify social media pages, websites, stores, search-engine copies, or other services maintained by third parties.
Where Hubb Serve is required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or other applicable law to obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under 13, Hubb Serve will use an appropriate parental notice and consent process. Hubb Serve seeks to minimize the collection and retention of children’s personal information and does not knowingly use children’s personal information for targeted advertising without any consent required by applicable law.
9. Artificial Intelligence Features
Hubb Serve may offer features or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies ("AI Features"). Some AI Features may be provided through third-party service providers. Information submitted to an AI Feature, including prompts, content, outputs, and related personal information, may be processed by Hubb Serve and the applicable AI provider as necessary to provide the feature. Hubb Serve may use providers such as Google Cloud AI and other content-creation technology providers; the specific providers used may change over time.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information to an AI Feature. Use of AI Features is also subject to any applicable Hubb Serve terms and the terms or policies of the third-party AI provider.
10. Communications and Marketing
If you sign up for Hubb Serve communications, attend an event, submit a form, request information, or otherwise opt in, we may use the contact information you provide to send service messages, marketing communications, offers, surveys, or other information consistent with your choices and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting [email protected]. Transactional, security, account, or legally required communications may still be sent when necessary.
Where Hubb Serve offers text messaging, consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Available opt-out and help instructions will be provided with the applicable messaging program.
11. Data Retention
Hubb Serve retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain accounts or profiles, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety and security, and maintain appropriate business records. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not technically feasible, such as information contained in secure backups, we may isolate the information from further active use until deletion is reasonably possible.
12. Information Security
Hubb Serve uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission, online service, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate security practices, protecting account credentials, and using the Services from a reasonably secure environment.
Hubb Serve does not knowingly permit malware, spyware, viruses, or similar malicious software through the Services and may take reasonable steps to identify, block, remove, or investigate suspected malicious activity.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to Hubb Serve, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification. You may also request changes to or deletion of a Hubb Serve Hobbyist Profile and unsubscribe from marketing communications. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].
Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy-law thresholds are met, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, such as rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing, sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Hubb Serve will honor applicable rights as required by law. We may need additional information to verify and process a request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
If personal information has already been made public through Hubb Serve community features, deletion from Hubb Serve does not guarantee removal of copies held by other users, search engines, caches, archives, social networks, or other third parties.
14. International Visitors
Hubb Serve is operated from the United States and does not specifically target its Services to the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States. If privacy laws applicable to your use of the Services provide rights concerning your personal data, Hubb Serve will address valid requests as required by applicable law. 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will post the updated Policy on the Hubb Serve website and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice when required by law.
